Atlanta Kyusho and Jujitsu was
started on the basis of finding the most effective
methods to self defense. A good martial artist should be
ready to learn multiple methods and able to adapt in any
situation.
Atlanta Kyusho and Jujitsu works methods from stand
up fighting/grappling, throwing, and ground grappling.
The techniques and concepts worked are for combative
martial arts and not for sport rules. Utilizing
the vital areas (acupuncture pressure points) of the
body is one of A.K.J.'s primary focus in training.
